The Creation of Beauty is Art

"Love of beauty is Taste. The creation of beauty is Art." (Ralph Waldo Emerson) I am not an artist myself and I am not a great art expert, but I am always moved by great art. Art is not just beauty recreated; it is an expression of love, passion, and the heart's deepest emotions.

I wanted to become an artist I was a little girl. I was sensitive to vivid colors and lights. I liked to draw pictures from story books. I even joined a painting class later. I've read some designing books. I didn’t become any kind of artist. However I still enjoy different presentations of art. Now I am able to create my own blog. Blog design is kind of closer to art. You need to design the header and logo, select primary color, even fond and format, etc. I also started an expressive class. I created this website to record my adventure of expressive painting.

Vincent Van Gogh

Vincent van Gogh was a Dutch Post-Impressionist artist. Some of his paintings are now among the world's best known, most popular and expensive works of art.

Van Gogh's style was very expressive and later influenced many Expressionist artists. Vincent's Life story is just as famous as his art. He produced landscapes, portraits, interiors, still lives and city-scapes. Still lives included everyday objects ; shoes, potatoes, a chair, books, etc.
